How to Make Money as an Artist

Artists, Graphic Designs and Producers don’t get a ton of credit for what they do. In fact, a lot of freelance artists struggle to find clients and keep them. I’ve done a lot of freelancing for various rappers, YouTubers and artists to know that it’s really hard to find business, well, lately I’ve been searching for new clients and I’ve found a few awesome sites that I haven’t tried myself but have seen a lot of freelancers find success using them.

DesignCrowd

Design Crowd is a really cool website where clients can provide a list of what type of work they want and how much they’re willing to pay, and you design it. The only thing I don’t like about this is it isn’t first come first serve, they do it in the way of a contest. A bunch of graphic designers submit their work, and they choose the best one and pay them. They pay anywhere from $10 to $3,000 from what I’ve seen.

Fiverr

Fiverr is a website where people can host their services for $5 or more. I like Fiverr because it’s not only for artists literally anyone can host their services there! They have people who voice act, create logos, help you learn marketing, do your homework you can literally post whatever. You want on there. Some people even sell accounts for various services on there lol. Another thing I like about it is they have flexible prices for different plans. I’ve used Fiverr to pay for voice acting and buy a few drum kits. I used to host my cover art services on their, but I changed my mind and deleted it.

I hope these sites help you find some clients if you’re an artist and make some money! :)

The Number One BEST Broswer to Enhance Productivity

Productivity is one of my favorite words. Every single day I try to be as productive as I possibly can by slamming my to-do list with tasks I know I can accomplish in a day. I end up usually accomplishing everything, most of the stuff I work on doesn’t require internet, but once I’m done with everything I usually just browse the web, however, I still like to remain productive even when I’m just browsing the web, and that’s why I highly, HIGHLY!!! Recommend Opera. Opera is sort of like Google Chrome except uhm… WAY BETTER (in my opinion) It has a super clean layout. A very clean way of adding bookmarks (you can even add thumbnails) and my favorite part, it has a little button on every single video you watch so you can minimize the video and watch it while doing anything. This is my favorite thing to use when I want to watch tv shows while I’m animating on my laptop or working on some cover art for clients or just for my portfolio in general. It really makes the project...

My Morning Routine

I love reading about peoples morning routines; they help give me more motivation, and sometimes I test out a few to see how well they work out for me. Well, today I will be telling you about the best morning routine that I’ve been doing for the past week or so. This post will be relatively short because I know how precious your time is and you don’t want to be wasting it reading about my morning routine. So the night before I spend about 20-30 minutes planning the next day using the millionaire day planner: (which you can download here http://productivity-podcast.com ) After planning the next day, I set my alarm for 6:00am, put on my earbuds, and listen to either a podcast about productivity or a motivational mantra. When I wake up in the morning, I brush my teeth, wash my face, etc. Then I meditate for 10 minutes. After I finish meditating I grab a book and read until 7:00. I then go downstairs and eat breakfast, while I’m eating I begin writing in my journal until 8:00. Once it...
